As we all know that we live in polluted environment because of many vehicles and chimneys. So, it avoid pollution we have to use bicycle for near places. There are many benefits of riding a cycle.

If we use bicycle we don't have to wait for buses for their arrival. Due to this it saves our time. As we know that exercise are good for our health. If we ride bicycle then it prevent us from many disesaes like heart disesaes. Also it helps in our growth and weight loss.

But nowadays people are stop using bicycle rather than bicycle they are using vehicles. Due to this pollution is increasing and many diseases are developing in them.

So, from above we can say that there are many benefits of riding cycle. So, we to ride bicycle daily.
