Explanation:

Coronavirus are type of strains that causes potentially deadly diseases in mammals and birds. In humans they are typically produced by infected individuals.

In 1960s, the coronavirus gets its name from a distinctive corona or 'crown' of sugary-proteins.

There are four known genuses in the family, named Alphacoronavirus, Betacoronavirus, Gammacoronavirus, and Deltacoronavirus.

The first two only infect mammals, including bats, pigs, cats, and humans.

Gammacoronavirus mostly infects birds such as poultry.

Deltacoronavirus can infect both birds and mammals.

In most cases, you won't know whether you have a coronavirus or a different cold-causing virus, such as rhinovirus.

Some symptoms are:

Runny nose

Coughing

Rose throat

Fever

When Coronavirus infections spread to lower respiratory tract it causes:

Pneumonia

Heart disease

Weakened immune system

There is no vaccine for coronavirus. To help prevent a coronavirus infection, do the same things you do to avoid the common cold:

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water or with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

Keep your hands and fingers away from your eyes, nose, and mouth.

Avoid close contact with people who are infected.

Get plenty of rest. Drink fluids.
