Excessive use of mobile phone is very harmful for our eyes.it can also lead to many diseases like pain in eyes, headache, impaired. concentration and memory also do not remain in study , because of excessive use of mobile phone our mind always go in that phone that what messages are come on whatsapp , new subscribes of YouTube new video uploaded on YouTube therefore , our mind never stay properly in study .The WHO has also classifies that cell phone radiation has a risk of brain cancer from long term and heavy use of cell phones. most scientist had agree that there is a certain threat from using cell phones too much.It is reported, that people who talk on phone for several hours day are 50 °/• more likely to develop brain cancer. Recent studies report two types of brain cancer may occur - glioma and acoustic neuroma. Apart from cancer risk , mobile phones influience our nervous system .
so , these things are done when we use excessive mobile phones.
