These researchers observed increases in eating habit disorders in young female athletes. Exercising intensely while getting inadequate nutrition can lead to amenorrhea - or irregular menstrual cycles - which in turn can lead to osteoporosis.

In a young athlete, dehydration and heat illness is found very common. This illness include muscle cramps, heat. ,

hyperpyrexia, syncope, exertional hyponatremia and heat stroke. This illness occurs when players are not familiar with the rapid changing weather conditions.

Because of high humidity and high temperature, players suffer certain discomfort. The player being unfit aids the problems attack him very easily. These diseases cause fatal illness or even death in some cases. It may also cause sports disability and proper and fast medications should be provided in this regard.
