before exams we should prepare a proper time table and even if it is 30 days we should manage time properly instead of worrying how much we will not be able to do we should worry about how much we can do in that time .it will help to cope up with the exams as we can do best within the required time and before going to the exam we should always do a breathing exercise this will surely help in remembering whatever we have learnt . after every one hour we should take a 5 minutes break so that the next hour goes in a proper manner .we should always read the question paper first which will help us to recognise which question will be the next . we will be able to understand and answer the question properly. the best exercise is breathing 25 times when you get the answer sheet in your hand which will help to calm down your my mind and you can focus on whatever you have learnt so instead of taking exam stress we should try to do whatever we can do the required time and come a self because if there is stress we will not be able to focus on studies
