Ensuring safe life in cities has became just a task for people in across the cities. It is not as not seen in the case of men but women are the only sufferer of the issue(as ussual)

There not not even knowledge of such ensurings to men but the high rate of increment in rape cases give evidence to the happening.

Safe life in cities can be only ensured when the thinking of such rapists can be changed into that of a normal behaviour towards women and not just think that they are a think, we must give girls the equality and rights of that of a men.
