Kendriya Vidyalayas Sangathan, KVS is celebrating its Foundation Day today – December 15, 2020. Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal nishank would be addressing the event virtually at 1 pm today. Kendriya Vidyalaya’s or KVs as normally called continue to go from strength to strength. The chain of schools was set up in the year 1963 and is one of the leading chains of schools in the country. As a central school, they are affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education or CBSE and have been frontrunners in most of the CBSE led initiatives.
