It is the one who can use their knowledge and work for the betterment of the nation. It can improve their standard of living and lead a comfortable life. It has both merits and demerits. If it use their skill then it is helpful for nation but if it do not use their skill then it is a burden in the world. It improves the economic conditions of the country. It has the capability to change the nation as well as the whole world. It is the one who use the other resources. Without it all the other resources are meaningless. If the human do not extract it then it is a waste for anyone. Nobody gives the value of these things.
But now a days human use the other resources in a very large amount . This is not good for future generations. Because all the resources are in the limit amount and it takes millions and billions of years to be formed. If we use it in a very large amount then one day it will exhaust from the earth. So, we should use it judiciously.
