the constitution of india outlines the fundamental rights in india to equality under article 14. article 15 covers freedom freedom discrimination which indulges that of gender equality.
                             human rights is any issue complicated by the county's large size & population,widespread poverty,lack of proper education & its diverse culture,even though being the largest democracy in the world's largest soveregn,secular and democratic republic.the constitution of india provides for the fundamental rights, which indulges freedom of religion.clauses also provide for freedom of speech,as well as separation of executive,judiciary and freedom of movement within the country and abroad.the country also has an independent judiciary and as well as to look into the issues of human rights.
