Fitness plays an important role in everyone's life but mainly in children. Children in the past generations were very fit as they worked hard for their parents.Whereas nowadays, children have a lack of fitness. They become lazy and mostly sleep during weekends. This must be avoided. They must keep themselves fit so that they do not get diseases. They can be fit by several ways such as: 1. Jogging, 2. Walking, 3. Playing, 4. Exercises, etc.,.

Nowadays one can find a lot of fitness products in the market.Many apps have been developed to help you maintain your fitness.Yet lack of fitness is very common among the children of our generation.This is because kids are all into fast foods.All unhealthy but tasty foods appeal to them.Every kid wants pizzas, burgers, snacks etc.And to top it all there are a variety of fast food joints in every region.Lesser and lesser number of kids are engaged in any kind of sport.Most of the children nowadays are cooped up in there homes watching tv or gazing into their mobile phones.Most of the children don't even venture outside their houses.Exercising has been forgotten.
Lack of exercise will lead to obesity in children.Nowadays, overweight and obese children are not a rare sight at all.
One must exercise regularly in order to stay fit and healthy.If u have a balanced meal and exercise regularly u will face no problems regarding fitness.Parents must encourage their children to enroll in activities related to fitness and sports.Don't give them too much freedom on phones.Consumption of junk foods must be limited.Change daily routines and diet plans.Introduce healthy homemade foods.These healthy habits should be taught to kids at this age.
