Seeing someone perform an act of kindness can warm your heart. That feeling has a name -- it's called moral elevation, and it's that warm-and-fuzzy-on-the-inside sensation you get when you're in the presence of true human goodness.

The feeling helps to explain why kindness is, quite literally, contagious. Studies have found that this natural high makes people want to behave more altruistically towards others.

hope that will help you....

Hello karan!
When we see someone doing something good, our heart lights up from inside..This is because seeing someone perform an act of kindness can warm your heart and make you feel happy. When we see good around us and feel that good, our spirits tend to take a lift...Our heart feels that sheer pleasure and joy which can't be expressed in words. One could also be said to be in a state of pure bliss. We start feeling compassionate and more sensitive. We desire to take part in that good activity and work for a change, for a cause...i.e. for the betterment of people's lives  That feeling is called moral elevation and it can only be felt when one really does something good and worthwhile. So kindness, and acts of helpfullness are contagious, because it enlightens all the people around you. People start behaving altrusistically for their fellow brothers and sisters.
We feel like making the world a better place to live in...So eventually we too start performing the good deeds we are expected to do in our lives...That is how, by serving others and creating awareness, we can truly move mountains!!
Working for a good cause gains you the ultimate salvation too.
So when we look at others doing a good job, we feel inspired and enthused. We compare them with our ownselves and gradually involve ourselves for the establishment of worldwide-kindness and universal  brotherhood...
