Yes, there are many situations where men & women aren't considered equal. In the olden days, women were stopped by men. Their work was restricted only till the house & not furthur else. But now women has gradually gained some position in the society but not as much as men. Few places the women are not paid equal to men. Even though they might work more than men. Men are more likely to achieve a higher income & position in society than women. Not only in terms of work, but in ways there exists gender inequality. But men & women are complementary to each other.
