obesity is a medical conditions in which excess body fat accumulates to adversely affect our health. it has increased the tendency of many health problems among people nowadays. down the Causes of obesity are complicated and diverse the contribution of inactive lifestyle and readily available food cannot be ignored. our country needs a reminder about the situation so that it can be improved. we can bring about a change with stringent actions taken by the government and individuals. we can encourage the masses to adopt measures like morning walk or jogging using bicycle for short distance practicing physical exercises intake of healthy and nutritional food ban on beverages with high calories and more to alter the situation .

Alot of children are now becoming obese, because parents of nowadays are not concerned about what their children eat, they let their kids eat whatever they want even if they know it's not good for their health.Some kids will eat snacks instead of food.

Children of nowadays also don't do physical activities they just say in the house and play video games,if not that they lock themselves in their rooms using their laptops.What most people don't realise it's that children are becoming obese because of bad eating habits and lack of physical activity such as play,but at times it can be caused by a medical condition or because of generic factors.
