we say that India is independent but it is not like that because even today we are bounded by the shackles of smoking that is nothing but a silent killer we know that smoking causes a very common type of disease which we can say the lung cancer which is formed due to the nicotine which destroys the normal functioning of a lungs you know I read somewhere that when you smoke one time it reduces the lifespan of yours 7 seconds means if you smoke two times then you have reduced the 14 seconds of your valuable life there are many disadvantages of smoking in fact there are no advantages of smoking the one among them is the disease then the reduction of life span the stress depression extra and we also know that the person who smoke they don't have a good reputation in the society in fact why we should have smoking is a disease that means to be come as soon as possible and it can be done only when we are United and we know that we have to work as a community to eradicate this Evil from our society unless and until it destroys our homes
