The story is about on the delights and fullness of walking. so the is actually about something different. On the best sunny day, the most powerful magnifying glass will not light paper if you keep moving the glass. But if you focus and hold it, the paper will light up. That is the power of concentration.

A man was traveling and stopped at an intersection. He asked an elderly man, "Where does this road take me?" The elderly person asked, "Where do you want to go?" The man replied, "I don't know." The elderly person said, "Then take any road. What difference does it make?"

How true. When we don't know where we are going, any road will take us there.

Suppose you have all the football eleven players, enthusiastically ready to play the game, all charged up, and then someone took the goal post away. What would happen to the game? There is nothing left. How do you keep score? How do you know you have arrived?

Enthusiasm without direction is like wildfire and leads to frustration. Goals give a sense of direction. Would you sit in a train or a plane without knowing where it was going? The obvious answer is no. Then why do people go through life without having any goals?

Walking is such an excellent exercise that keeps you physically and mentally strong and provides flexibility. There are many impact of walking on people who used to walk daily, for various purposes. But there are also people who feel lazy to tramp and always go with auto or rickshaws. But they really don’t know that simple walking has many advantages. Some individuals are not able to walk because of their diseases or medications. However, walking is associated with healthy lifestyle. 

Regular practice of walking can build up muscles and tones up the entire body tissues. Thus one can remains healthy and fresh the entire day. Brisk walking can also burn calories, reduce body fat in a weigh-loss program, boosts the energy levels and decreases various health hazards. If the person is supposed to walking, circulation of blood is constant and he/she can reduce the risk of many common ailments such as heart attack, arthritis and joint pain. It also makes all the body parts to react actively.

 

Morning walk is a wonderful pleasure as people can inhale fresh air and there is peace and joy every where. Walking is one of the safest exercises especially for obese people. Walking has many health benefits. It can reduce also the real risk of many diseases like, stroke, depression, colon cancer, stress, constipation, fatigue, osteoporosis, and impotence etc.

 

Today, people are leading a very unhealthy lifestyle. They can decrease the rate of health issues, stress levels, reduce blood pressure, and lack or inadequate sleep when they are associated with healthy walking with a comfortable speed on a regular basis. It is ideal exercise and need not any special training or practice for a feeling of well-being. As elderly people cannot do hard exercise as walking can be highly recommend for physical fitness and feel the absence of many diseases. It is also helpful to get rid of diabetic-related problems. People can walk for 30 minutes a day for over all well-being. At last, walking is the place for fun!
