It's time to maintain social distancing not only from humans but also from junk food.

Sometimes life isn't about all rainbows and sunshine.

The fact that there was no catastrophic pandemic in recent history does not mean there won't be another one.

The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has left the whole world in danger and confusion. We don't know when will this pandemic end. At this crucial point of time where social distancing is the need of the hour, the whole country is under lock down.

The virus can attack anyone. Social distancing is one of the right ways to prevent ourselves to get in contact with sick people as we don't know who are corona positive and who are not. But amidst this pandemic, we need to keep our immunity strong as well so that no virus can affect us. In order to keep our immunity strong, we need to eat healthy. Our diet should contain proper consumption of home-made healthy food, which means we have to resist ourselves from eating the junk food as it degrades our body immunity level.

Do not order anything from restaurants. I know that it's been so long since we have gone out and tasted something very craving. Also, the food delivery services are open now but be on a safer side and don't order anything from outside just to satisfy your taste buds because you never know which items might be the fomites.

Prevent yourself from cooking unhealthy food at home as well. Limit your quantities and eat healthy food mostly. Make fruits, green leafy vegetables, oats, wheat etc a part of your daily life. Stay hydrated always.

One step towards prevention can save your entire life and one mistake can destroy it as well. Take wise decisions and stay healthy.
