Music plays an integral and essential role in our life. There are various types of music which we can enjoy according to our need ad requirement. Some of us are used to of listening music during the study time, playing indoor or outdoor game and other moments. However, everyone wants to listen music in their spare time to get some enjoyment and relief their mind. Listening slow sound music gives us relief and peace and makes us healthy mentally and spiritually. It helps us to get prevented from the mental and emotional problems all through the life. I love music a lot listen always.

Music has a very important role in our lives .It reduces stress. It develops our brain and the abilities associated with in it. it is advantageous for developing skills in children and also in teaching them. it will give students a way to connect with other people. Children are naturally very social, and it's important to encourage them to build relationships by providing them experiences to share with each other. Music therapy helps in healing dangerous and some chronic diseases. Traditional music is much more important than the modern international music which can be heard in every part of the world. Youngsters should give their heart to their own traditional music to keep their cultural heritage alive.It affects our emotions. When we listen to sad songs, we tend to feel a decline in mood. When we listen to happy songs, we feel happier. When asked about their listening habits, mixed results were found in accordance to the amount of time spent listening to music on a daily basis.
