   Importance of Yoga Classes in School

Undoubtedly, yoga and meditation have been found to be quite effective in enhancing academic and professional excellence. It has been clinically testified that deep mediation in combination with deep breathing exercises not improves of physical functioning, but also mental mechanism. Relaxation triggered by deep mediation and breathing bring about balance in the right and left lobes of the brain. The brain calms down to alpha state from the hyper active beta state. Since a more relaxed state is far better for doing something perfectly, every professional must utilize yoga and meditation to reach optimal level of performance in their respective spheres. Since high level of mental alertness is required to tackle and imbibe academic concepts, yoga helps one achieve both of them. Adopting yoga and meditation can really be quite helpful to students in enhancing their academic excellence.  

Yoga is panacea for all types of physical, mental, emotional, psychic, and psychological imbalances. A recent research has confirmed yoga’s healing effects on all types of ailments.

Keeping its benefits in mind, it must be included in school curriculum for the holistic health of the students.
