Our ancestors were blessed with high quality food and healthy eating habits. They never ate fast food, deep fried items, cold drinks etc

Our elders regularly ate pulses which gave them Protein. We should consume green vegetables to increase our immunity. Fruits and vegetables supply essential vitamins to keep us healthy and fit.
