Excess of everything is bad mostly indicates towards the good things in life and it shows that excess of even the good things are bad
Here are some of the examples of excess of everything is bad and it will make the concept clear
If you are eating good food (full of protein and vitamins) then it will be good for your body but when you will have excess of that food then it will cause damage to your body as well.
If you tolerant then it will be good for you but being too much tolerant in this world will lead to many problems in your life.
If you truthful then it is good as a human being but if you are always truthful which is excess of being truthful then it can hamper your life in many cases.

now a day people want instent work as well as result by putting nudles
in pressure cooker dish completed in a second .some time we try to
do new for make our work more instent and easily without using brain like prepration of nuddles .it is excess use of our nind to create a new idea for the preparation of dish but instead of that it is hermfull and dangerous for our health .
now a day we said that we are so much developed due to science that result the development of plastic ,bear,smoke ,radiation ,depletion of ozone ,etc result the excessive use of mind,
we see in above the two common example of excessive work in different field one is prosnal and another is scientific now take few more example which is common in our life.
