Population explosion has become one of the major problems of India. It requires a quick and serious attention from all of us. The worst situation due to growing population now can be seen in many countries where people are struggling with shortage of food, shelter, pure water and also have to breathe polluted air.
Increased population affects the natural resources. Our natural resources are being exhausted. This crisis is growing day by day and affecting more people. High population results in consumption of more water, food, land, tree and also the fossil fuels which are badly impacting the environment in many ways. Over population has become a curse to the existence of natural beauty. People are suffering from various diseases due to polluted air in environment.
Population explosion causes unemployment and effects the economical development of any country. Due to increasing population, poverty is also growing. Population growth has crossed all its limits and as a result we find high illiteracy level, shortage of housing, poor health services, and scarcity of resources.
