We have always heard that health is wealth. We just only say, but did we ever checked that what we are saying is true or not?
Off course it's true but we should check why it's true. If we have money than we will happy, but if we don't have good health than can we stay happy? We can never stay happy without health (good health). So it's totally true that "Health is wealth". So if you want to stay happy then we should be a healthy person.
We should keep our body fit and fine and that we can only do by doing exercises and playing games. Actually, games are very important for us to keep healthy. They keep our body active and keep as strong and that's the biggest wealth for us that we are not lazy and not unfit. So every doctor will also suggest us to play games like- football, basketball, badminton and volleyball because they increase our height and keep us active and fit. I will also suggest you to play games if you want WEALTH.
