Human Beings have started eating the worst food in this world. People hate eating vegetables, fruits and other healthy food items, but enjoy eating the worst type of food- Fast food.

"Fast food may tickle oit taste buds, but it harms our health in more ways than we can count." Yes, Fast food may appear to humans as if there is no better thing we can eat. It may be the tastiest food ever. But it is the most harmful food that has not only one or two harmful impacts on our health but thousands and thousands harmful negative impacts. The calories present in this type of food increases our weight. It also have negative impacts on a asthmatic patients and the patients of breathing problems. In a research researchers found out that the children who eat fast food 3 times a week, they have a largest chances of facing asthma. It can cause high blood pressure, problems in teeth, heart diseases, liver diseases, headache, laziness, etc. many other such harmful problems that affect our health.

To aware people about the harmful impacts of fast food some awareness programs can be organised. Even advertisements, workshops and news could be arranged for people to understand it better. Doctors can also advise people to stop eating such food. It is hope that people will start following a healthy lifestyle and junk this type of food.
