defects in reading:

1. If we are reading a text silently then it is ok but if we do a loud reading , we may feel embarrassing in case we make any wrong. This may be a major problems for reading.
2. lack of Pronunciation of different words and fluency in reading.
3. Maintenance of posture while reading.
4. Reading also includes compression simultaneously. so, If we don't understand while reading then we lose our interest in the same.

ways to overcome reading problems:

1. Ability to make words chunks( meaningful parts) of a sentence while reading.
2. We need to improve vocabulary and pronunciation.
3. we have to remove the fear of being embrass while reading in front of others and pay our attention only for proper reading.
4. we should have enough knowledge about the language we are reading.
