Happened in one of the busiest station, Chennai Central. Found them inside my train(which still had almost 30min left for departure) begging. The first thing i did after reaching home was raising a complaint in official portal. Questioning them how they managed to enter such a big station, while any other person who forgets to take PF ticket will be caught and fined. As expected, they replied, we will take action against them
Exactly after one month, same station, same train. They were still there doing the begging activities. I am not sure whether it should be called as begging or threatening and getting money. That too, two RPF/GRP people were passing them without questioning. Realsied, there is no point in complainting
