I am a customer of your bank (Sector 11 branch) and have been banking with you for the last 5 years without facing any problems. Since the last one week however, I have been having issues with net banking. I am able to login to my account, however the system does not allow me to complete any transactions. Whenever I attempt to transfer any funds, I get an error message that reads, "Login authentication failed". I am currently unable to use the facility and am facing inconvenience on a daily basis. Given the covid-19 scenario, net banking has become a basic service. Please take the necessary action to rectify the error at the earliest.
