Respected Sir,
Our College is going to celebrate its annual day on 18th of January. As the Secretary of Students’ Union of BrightMind college I have the honour to invite your goodself to preside over the Annual Day celebrations. The Railways Minister has kindly consented to be the chief guest and to give away the prizes. The programme will be of about one hour. It will include group dances, fancy dresses shows and music concert. The function will start at 5 P.M. sharp.
I hope your kind self would consent to preside over the function and favour us by giving your valuable advice.
