An email about the recovery of your grandfather from a serious illness

Dear Ravi,

My grandfather prominently went on early morning walks followed by a visit to the local bird sanctuary, which he believed would positively start to his day. During one of his many solo walks, he stumbled upon a rock, spraining his ankle. Unfortunately, with no to aid him, he helplessly limped back home further spraining his ankle. Adding up to the ordeal, he tripped while climbing up the staircase losing consciousness.

He was then immediately rushed to the hospital, where x-ray tests revealed several dislocations and therefore, had to undergo two major surgeries to prevent permanent dislocation of his bones. The presence of metal rods which held his bones in place, made even the simplest of tasks seem impossible to him, making him feel miserable. With the passing of time, regular physiotherapy sessions, steadily healed his injuries and wounds, following which he resumed his early morning walks. However, something had changed after this incident, he was now accompanied by his better half which allowed them to facilitate and look out for each other.

Many thanks,

Abdullah Khan Ghori.
