Dear Father

Hope Mum and you are doing well. How is Rahul doing? Hope he is studying well.

Dad, I am sorry that I upset you with my first terminal exam scores. As you know, I fell ill at the beginning of the term and so could not attend classes. So, I found it difficult to understand the portions covered in Maths, Physics and Biology during this period. However, I had prepared to the best of my ability.

I assure Mother and you that I will definitely do better in my next terminal examination. You will be pleased to know that I have started studying the lessons on the same day they are taught in class. This will definitely help me get a good score in the next examination.

Shall stop now with lots of love,

Dhanush
