Sub:  Increasing Thefts in Our Locality

and Police Taking No Action.

Sir:

I am writing this letter to your esteemed self to express my

deep concern over the increasing thefts rate in our locality, Model Town

Extension, and the police’s lackadaisical approach to the gravity of the

situation. The incidents of thefts are on the increase. There is an atmosphere

of insecurity and fear in the entire locality. Approximately 5 cases of thefts

have taken place during the last month.

We the residents of the locality have lodged a written

complaint with the local Police Station in which we requested the SHO for

permanent patrolling by the cops during the evening. In spite of our repeated

complaints, no action has been taken. Now, I, on behalf of the residents of the

locality, have decided to bring the matter to the attention of the concerned

authorities through the medium of your esteemed newspaper. I am hopeful that

you will help us in this regard by publishing this letter in your reputed

daily.

Dear sir,

I am ______, I am student of ________school , I am writing this e-mail to your esteemed self to express my deep concern over the increasing of thefts rate in our locality, Model town, village, on the way of the street.

Mostly people were complained about this matter in police station. But their no employee were handle it carefully. There is an atmosphere of insecurity and fear in the entire locality . Here, approximately 12 new cases of thefts. And all cases are registered in police station. Someone complained in local police station with SHO for permanent patrolling in our street , main road by the cops during the evening by their employees according to shift.

I request you behalf of all the people to care/handle this cases and write and printed an article about this matter in the newspaper and inform all the newspaper companies to write and printed an article about this matter.
