I am sending this mail to draw your concern on increasing the security of the residents residing in our society. There are lots of crimes occuring in our nearby areas like dacoity, rapes, thefts, etc. So to be safe from all these crimes, we have to increase the security of our area. So you all are requested to share your opinions regarding how to increase the security of our Housing Society.

Subject: New Security Measures

Dear Member of the Society:

Keeping in mind the recent security issues, the Society has decided to take and implement the following security measures:

1. Round the clock guard on duty at the main gate of the society.

2. Issuing Identity Cards to all members of the society.

3. Installation of CCTV Cameras in the colony.

4. Fixed closing time of the gate from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

5. Regulated entry of relatives, friends, etc.

I hope with these measures we shall be able to ensure better security for our family members. Each member will have to bear spending ₹ 1000/- per month to bear the cost of these measures. If you have any suggestions, do mail them to me.
