A village market is a place where people gather to buy and sell things.It is held once or twice in a week .It begins about midday and lasts till evening.There is great activity .There are different kinds of shops ,shopkeepers spread their article on carpets on the ground .They sell things of daily use .On market day ,it becomes a very important day .People of different villages get opportunity to meet .It is a noisy place but useful .Children enjoy themselves buying sweets .
