The reason for my writing this letter to you is that I want the order of the grocery for every month for which I had previously signed up to be canceled. (show actual problem and situation). I seriously want to apologize because one cannot back out at the last moment but as I have been transferred to some other place and I will have no access to Walmart nor Walmart will be able to supply the grocery to my previous address, I want to get the order canceled. Madam,

I recently cancelled my bulk order of stationery items. I understand the behaviour is unprofessional and this was highly unexpected.

I apologise for my action. The reason is a sudden change in our marketing strategy concerning our low sales. The new plan includes other materials rather than stationery items.

Concerning the mentioned reason, I had to cancel the order. Once again I apologise for my action. Looking forward to further deals between us.
