I am Kanchan, a sub staff of your office. I am very sorry for I had not replied to your message. Yesterday I was really very busy, and my phone was also not charged well. As it was my mother’s birthday our relatives had came to my house, I was so busy that I couldn’t even charge my phone. I am very very sorry about it.
