With great regret I have to inform you that we are unable to print your article on 'Indian Poverty '.  

After Mr. Abhijit Banerjee's winning the Nobel Prize in Economics the demand of the moment is articles on him and his field of work. We are being asked constantly to focus on him and cover his story. So we are unable to publish your article at the moment.
