As you know, we are supposed to keep our home clean then why aren't we supposed to keep the neighborhood, markets and other areas clean. This would help new diseases occur and would be safe. The markets are getting so dirty that we don't even wish to buy new things especially food items coz that spread germs on the food, vegetables or fruits we buy... I request you as a citizen to please put the dustbins in the market place and announce that everyone is supposed to put the garbage in the dustbins weather it is just a peel of banana
