Sub: Anti-social activities in my neighbourhood
Sir:
I am the resident of Civil Lines, H.no. 5724, Raghubir Park,
Civil Lines, Ldh. I have been quite concerned and panicky over the anti-social
activities going on in my neighbourhood. A few strangers, all of whom rented an
independent house last month in our locality, have caused alarm among the
residents. They keep awake throughout the night. Last night I saw a windowless
van parked at their house. They were lugging big cartons inside their house and
they looked quite suspicious. I have a gut feeling that they undertake
anti-social activities such as smuggling, drugs, narcotics, or weapons. They have
never socialized with the neighbours since their arrival. I on behalf of the
residents of our Society, request you to keep a tab on them. Thanking you.
