Dear Manager,

I have been using your mobile brand for quite a while and recently i purchased a new company headphones from your authorised shop Delight Mobiles but i had hardly used it for a week and now it has stopped working, my Bluetooth headphones is not turning On.  

I am quite disappointed at this and as per warranty policy, either replace me a new headphones or return my money.  

I am sending a copy of warranty card alongwith this letter.

Madam,

I recently purchased headphones manufactured by your company, which were advertised with a lot of grand promises. On usage, all of the promises turned out to be fake.

After being used for a week, they have started to produce metallic sounds. The leather has come off and the wire has started to tear off.

This type of low-quality product was not at all expected at such a huge price. I want my money returned as soon as possible.
