Sir,
I am Jatin Sharma (A/c No. : 123456789) writing to you to complaint about the issues faced by me, in the NetBanking transaction process. About a month ago I had applied for the NetBanking activation for my aforesaid bank account. I had registered my NetBanking account with my personal mobile number, which was intended to receive the OTP for the transactions. After registration for NetBanking, a confirmation email had arrived that my NetBanking is successfully activated and now I can do online transactions as well. But, from then whenever I try to do any online transaction, the OTP isn't provided to my number from bank's side. As a result I am unable to do online transactions which is causing different troubles for my financial works. Your bank is a reputed organisation and I have opened my bank account in your bank with the hope of better services. I think this is unreasonable on your side.
Kindly see to this matter at your earliest.
