I am writing this mail to tell you I have found a purse in the school library on June 29, 2017 during the library period. There was nothing in the purse that could lead to the identity of the owner of the purse. Kindly help me find the owner of the purse. I don’t know what to do. Should I submit it at the reception or should I deposit it at the Vice-principal’s office? I don’t have the slightest idea. There is some amount of money in it also.
