Sir, I am (Name) and I am a student of 8th/9th grade at your school. I am truly honoured of being at this school which has one of the most skilled faculties that I have ever known. The security of the school is very efficient. However, due to the overcrowded lunch hall, I have lost my school id card. I did not realize it until I was stopped to check the ID card and it was not in my possession. (Show your actual problem and situation). This made me extremely agitated as I was not allowed to enter the school and attend my classes.
