Subject: For cancelling the order

Compose email:

Hello sir, sorry to say that now I do not need those books which I ordered. Because already I have those books. Let me explain why I ordered. Few months ego someone took those books from me for his competitive examination and I forgot that. yesterday He came and returned my whole books. Meanwhile I have ordered to take preparation for my upcoming exam. Therefore can you please cancel the order. Really now I don't need those books. I hope you have got my point and will be so good as to grant my order of cancelling.

Subject: Cancellation of order

I placed an order for the bulk order of books for our Institute library on November 22, 2020. Later on I was informed by our purchase manager that he had placed the same order with another publication house on November 21, 2020. So, you are requested to cancel the order that I placed with you. I regret the inconvenience caused. I promise next time we will surely like to do business with your publication house.

Regards,

Ravi
