I am Arundhati Halder, a homemaker residing in Salt Lake. As the co-founder of Happy Life Foundation, I request you to conduct a Health Check-up campaign in our area.

Our organisation has recently conducted a health survey in Salt Lake last month, and we found some important facts -

1. About 95% of the working professionals have developed muscle disorders

2. Over 87% of the children between the ages of 5-18 are suffering from Diabetes, 40% of whom are reliant on insulin dosages.

3. Around 71% of the respondents have developed mental disorders caused due to stress.

I sincerely request all the doctors and staff at Apollo Gleneagles to conduct an impromptu door-to-door health check-up from August. We assure you that we will take care of the logistics and infrastructure.
