Madam,
I am Roshan Mehrotra, an IT professional residing in East Thane. As the Head of Rotary Club (East Thane), I request you to conduct a Health Check-up campaign in our area.
We had conducted a Medical Survey here last month, and we found some important facts -
1. People between 24-40 years are developing severe muscle pains, back pains, and other kinds of illnesses caused due to lack of inactivity
2. People between 41-59 are suffering from diabetes and heart disorders, even though about 85% of them do not indulge in any harmful habits (eg - smoking and drinking)
3. Respondents between 12-33 are suffering from one mental disorder or another.
It is an ardent request to the doctors at Fortis Hospital to conduct an impromptu door-to-door health check-up in the upcoming weeks. We assure you that we will take care of the logistics and infrastructure.
