You will be glad to know that our School, Green Woods World School is going to organize Swachhta Rally on December 24, 2107 at 10:30 a.m. with the purpose of furthering Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. The rally will start from the school; and while passing from the adjoining areas, will end at the school. The Mayor of the city, Mr. Sajjan Kumar will set off the rally. You are requested to cover the proceedings of the rally. Thanking you.

Sub.: Coverage of “Swach Rally”.

Dear Sir,

In compliance with our Prime Minister’s “Swach Bharath”, our school has organized Swach Rally throughout our area on 25th December,2017 at 10 a.m.  Our NSS students have planned to go with a placard stating the importance of keeping our environment clean.  We will also be picking-up the garbage’s from the areas we visit.

We request you to cover the rally so that, everyone in our place wakes-up to do something for our nation.
