Sir:

I found a costly ring on the road in front of my house on December 12, 2018 at 9:00 p.m. while parking my car. Kindly help me in finding the real owner of the ring. I request you to put up a notice concerning this on the notice board of the Community Hall. The genuine owner can claim it by revealing its identity to me at my residence. I shall be obliged for your help.
