Subject: Collection of money from the society for the relief camps
Hello Sir,
This is in the regards of an initiative taken by our society to help out the people of the relief camp.
We, the resident of Ajanta Apartments, have collected some money which we want to send out as a donation for the victims that are staying in the relief camp.
We will be honored if you can make some arrangement by sending your executive to collect the total amount of Rs. 60,000.
Please let me know when the arrangement can be made so that we don’t miss out on your executive.
