• Make separate boxes as shown in the attachment.
• Try to not be fully formal as it is a semi-formal email.
• Mention your position(such as Secretary, Art Club) at the end after your name.
• Keep the subject column very brief.
• Write full email addresses in the To: and CC: or BCC: columns, if any.
• Keep the main body of email to the point and do not just go on explaining a single topic.
