Invitation to honour our event as judges
Dear Ma'am,
Our School is organizing an on spot painting competition named as "paint the town red "on 12th of February,2019 in the school ground ,G.D.Birla Centre for Education.
It will begin at 9:30 a.m. in the morning and will continue till 12:30 p.m.in the afternoon.As per rules you being the judge would be requested to give the children the topic for painting competition.
I ,being the cultural secretary of my school ,would like to invite you to be the judges of the event in which students of classes 6 to 12 are participating.
