I'm Rahul, of class 10 section A, Roll no. 19, a regular student and I'm writing to notify you that I will not be able to attend the classes from 28/07/19 to 5/08/19 because of high fever.

I caught the infection yesterday evening and since then I have been feeling very weak.

As per the doctor, I need to take medication along with proper rest for at least a week. The Report from the doctor is attached.

Kindly allow me a week leave.

I have got high fever since last night, along with severe headache. My father called a doctor and he suspects it to be viral fever. So I will not be able to attend class for a few days, till this fever is cured.

So kindly excuse me for 4 – 5 days and I will produce the medical certificate given by the attending doctor once I am able to attend the class again.
